How I Met Your Mother
I think I should resolve to never read interviews by Carter Bays. That dude just pisses me off. I get that he clearly is biased towards Ted/Robin, but dude. GET OVER IT. She loves Barney and Ted loves his long suffering wife. FFS, just pop on seasons one and two and leave us alone. I just can't with this show.
So, we will, once again, have to deal with Ted's imaginary feelings for Robin. Cause that shit is not tired at all. Nope. And it's completely not pointless at all. Are they determined to drag their main character through the mud some more? Wasn't least season enough?
How DARE Ted act (will act) like he did some big sacrifice letting Barney and Robin happen. how insulting can this show get to have him all bummed that he "let" Robin go after Barney? That he allowed her to follow her heart?! WTF. How does this asshole remain their friend and best man? It makes no sense. So, we'll get Mopey 2.0 who only cares that once a upon a million years ago, Robin was his girlfriend. And apparently, that means until Ted meets the one, she can never be in a real committed relationship. Or does it bug him that she chose Barney over him?
How come nobody on this show gives two craps about Robin and her feelings? Like, Marshall, for instance. I'm sure that he'll just keep on enabling Ted into thinking that Robin should belong to Ted. Never mind the fact that she is in love and happy with Barney. She should tie herself to someone who doesn't look at her with any respect and only wants her because he's single. Sure, why not? That's romantic! WTF show.
I want to be happy and excited that they are finally moving Barney/Robin forward, but this shit just pisses me off. And now that they were stupidly renewed, they have even more time to fuck with us. JOY. Just get them to the alter already and end this show. Or better yet, fix your freakin' characters, because right now, they were just terrible and awful. And Teddy Westside is the damn ring leader.
