Watching and relaxing.....
Today I am enjoying one of my days off. Really enjoying. I am also in the midst of watching a good movie and working on an art piece for a co-worker friend of mine. The movie I am watching is ''Inside The Milky Way'' from National Geographic. Sure, it's a little outdated-like five years outdated. But it's still a great movie, with information that I neve knew about.
And the art piece I am working on is coming along really well and is coming out great! Bobby, my co-worker friend, really likes how my art is coming. He keeps telling me how talented I am. I know that it seems like he is hitting on me (looking for a date with me) but in reality, he's just being overly friendly. That's just his nature.
I am also working on taking care of my now extensive garden. I have added two new plants to my flower and succulent garden. In addition to my 'Johnny Jump-up' or miniature Pansies, 3 Mexican Seedums, 4 Jade Trees, Miniature Pine Tree, and Zebra Tailed Cactus. The two new plants are one 'Black Cherry' Dianthus and 6 Zinnias. The butterflies go absolutely crazy over the Zinnias. I am not sure of the Dianthus, though. It's part of the Sweet William family, all of which have no fragrance. I am hoping that, if not by scent,then by color, the Dianthus will attract some Hummingbirds or Butterflies.
I also, later this evening, plan to work a bit more on my novel. I believe I am on either chapter four or five or page 64.
So, that is my day, or at least going to be my day.
