I will no longer be attending Volks events, visiting their stores or buying their products new (once I finish paying off my Yos from Tokyo Dolpa) because I am extremely disappointed in the company's behavior towards me. Now that it's December, my good buddy the Big Sight scheduler has decided to share that Dolpa 23 will be 5/4. Thankfully this is not the same date as either SCC day 1 or day 2. Though I imagine by the 4th I will be exhausted with 3 events in a row. Though of course I am thinking of trying to get me some dealer's passes for SCC >D

Does anyone on my flist have any idea how much a SD-17 weighs? My package coming from Volks is coming in at 13 pounds which seems a little heavy for just a SD-17 (and if that is what they weigh oh MY!) I'm wondering if it could possibly be 2 dolls since I am expecting a FCS and I thought SD-13 boys were only like 5 or so pounds.

My prayers have been answered! and Volks has finally revealed the date and dolls for the anniversary event.

I love the new young bamboo wings! Thank you Volks dolly gods for sharing, now we just need the dolls for the Kyoto Dolpa and life is great! :D
