My Euronews TV station is now repoprting from Riga, Latvia. It's official: Cypress (South Greek part), Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia have all now become EU members. They're in the Eastern Europe time zone with me here in Bulgaria. The other 6 will officially enter in less than 1 hour.
