Friday night, I again bought a small keg of Red Rooster Amber Ale, and had a group over to grill and drink it. A new couple has just arrived from Dublin, Ohio. They were well-traveled and in a most interesting twist, she had studied Slavic folk dance, which is one of Danka's special areas of expertise after 20 years as a Slovak folk dancer. They also have kids that like to play with Mike and Liz's kids.
After the keg was killed, a group of us went out to Port Area for dancing. And then back home.
Saturday, Danka and I watched "An Inconvenient Truth" and then later went over to Dave & Lori's for some shrimp and steak fajitas. Delicious. And Sunday was intended to be a day studying for my fast-approaching bar exam. But it was not. It turned out to be a hang-out-at-the-pool day that turned into a hang-out-by-the-pool night, with Arnold's steaks and late-night discussions.
