In my random ramblings I came across
this. As buildings go you have to say it's interesting. Certainly the talk of minimum maintenance construction, energy efficiency and environmental sensitivity are good and worthy things. But you realy have to ask yourself how possible they are given that the building is intended to rotate. A fact I would have thought would have major maintenance and energy implications.
In other news. The snow is happily metling away. Apart from one slight hicup there have been no problems with driving. I fail to see what most of the fuss has been about.
