This probably says something about me, but my entertainment factor for today just went up by about 80% when I suddenly realized that the dwarves' cleaning-up song from The Hobbit ("Carefully! Carefully with the plates!") could be sung to the tune of the square dance song from "Hillbilly Hare".

Easily amused, yes.

I recorded this for kalquessa's "Errantry" project, in which she asked her friends to make MP3s or Voice Posts of themselves reading the poem. Unfortunately, I was unable to get past the first three stanzas before I got an error message and the whole thing shut down.
