Hearing the loud scratchy voice of the landlady, she held back her laughter by lifting her hand to cover her mouth but still laughter seeped through her hand. Closing the door when he had gotten out, she took him by the hand, dashing away from the building. “Hurry, she may find us!”

Taking him down the street that she had wanted to go down, stopping and releasing his hand “*pant* Phew, that was a close one…” she chuckled looking up at the taller man, giving him a warm smile. “We’ll be going downtown first, that’s where all the shops and good restaurants are. There’s an Irish pub that you should enjoy, we’ll go there for dinner one night!” Turning her back to him, slowly walking toward their destination, looking over her shoulder at him with a smile, wrinkling her nose and saying “Come now, or it’ll get dark out faster than you think.”

Giving a soft chuckle as he laughed about the Irish pub that he had never heard about before, “Perhaps just a friendly dinner.” She chuckled, smiling at the fact that Gilgamesh would not like her going on a “romantic” dinner with someone he did not know very well, or on one with a person that he did know well, either way Gilgamesh would not be happy. “I accept the offer for the dinner, though.” She nodded her head, thinking that it sounded fun.

Crossing the street, noticing Lancer at her side and thinking nothing of it, she shrugged her shoulders lightly and than asked him, just emembering, “Oh! How’s your boxing career going for you?” She knew that he boxed, it was practically in his Irish fighting blood, she figured that it was mostly and Irish thing, her being British, fist fighting wasn’t really her “cup of tea” as they say. “We’ll have to spar sometime. It’ll be fun.”

Giving him a disappointed look, she frowned lightly and said “Ah I see. I would adore seeing you fight in the ring one day rather than on some lonely street.” Glancing up at him with her eyes, a small smile on her face, chuckling softly and shrugging her shoulders; “I would rather see you paid than arrested for violence.” Tapping his shoulder playfully with her first to his shoulder, and grinning lightly up at him taking a turn and stopped in front of him, gesturing the area behind her, “This is where all the shops and places like that are, this is where I come to shop for my groceries and other things.”

Shaking her head and lifting her finger to her lips and saying with a small smirk, “I won’t be using a shinai, or any blade. I will be using my fists.” She than turned her back to him, signaling for him to follow.

“Good.” She remarked after he had told her that he wouldn’t cause any trouble, which was going to be hard to believe for a while, but Lancer was a man of his word and never actually failed to do something that he said he would do, so in the long run, Lancer was one of those people that Saber trusted most, almost as much as Gilgamesh, but that went without saying. “As long as you don’t get yourself seriously hurt or arrested, it’s all right with me if you have a few fights every now and than.”

“It’ll be on a day when you have the entire day off, seeing as we’ll probably need a while.” She told him. Her thoughts of a physical fight were pulled away when her eyes spotted, from across the street, the entrance to the city’s park. “That’s the park over there; it’s a good place to go when spring comes around. Come on…” she tugged his sleeve a second time, pulling him gently in the direction of the park, “I want to show you the park.”

Rolling her eyes softly and laughing at his remark, she smiled, agreeing about Sunday being a rather good day for her as well, “Yes, Sunday would be a good day. I have no classes that day, I’m open all day.”

Every one needed a day off, she though to herself, I just hope that Lancer doesn’t over work himself, I would hate to see that. Mentally noting to herself to keep a close eye on Lancer’s daily amount of work ( ... )

Thoughts stung through her mind like an angry swarm when he had responded to her question in the form of a question. Pulling her head back a bit, eyes giving him a curious, almost scared, glance at the whispered question that needed an answer itself, which she choose to respond to with a small shake of her head, the blond hair splashing against her cheeks. “Lancer….” She turned her head slowly, she paused, biting her tongue, the words that had needed to spill from her lips for a few months now, she decided to push to the back of her mind and force them silent, and placed quickly, “I don’t know ( ... )

Trotting behind him, in order to catch up, she couldn’t help but chuckle softly at his stammering and his reaction to her response. Hopefully, he would try not to rush her anymore, seeing as she was still trying to get things straight with her feelings for Gilgamesh, now adding Lancer into the mix would make it that much harder on her. Catching up to him, her arm winding about his, walking with her arm linked with his.

“No! Please, I insist Lancer, let me pay for it! It will make me feel better.”

Glancing up at him from the corner of her eye think about what Gilgamesh would think of Lancer. Tilting her head to the side and than snorting to herself knowing that he would disapprove of him, seeing as he did not approve of any more or less of the time. “Mmmm, yes! You will get to know him very well. Gilgamesh is one of my best friends. We’ve always been together, ever sense we were children…” her eyes became slowly softer as she spoke about Gilgamesh and her eyes becoming warmer in the process, “

Grinning in pride from the victory that she had over the small tid bit argument they had over who would pay the bill. Not even realizing that she let her face change as she spoke, her cheeks tinged a bright pink as he pointed it out to her that her face had changed completely. “Eh?! W…What?!” Jerking her head up in his direction, eyes growing larger at his observation.

Putting a hand over her cheek, trying to hide the coloration change and than she smiled softly and chuckled. “Yes, I guess you can say that we are rather close.” Shrugging her shoulders lightly; turning out of the part and in the direction of a small restaurant.
