Heroes Season Finale

So, I just watched the season finale of Heroes, and omg! It wasn't what I was hoping for, and it definitely wasn't what I was expecting...

(and I am using this icon, because my room mates and I are watching from the beginning, because they have never seen it and I have been wanting to rewatch, and that was the episode we finished with tonight)

...and I am still not sure how I feel about the whole thing. I really felt that Peter's whole storyline wasn't resolved at all. I mean, yeah, he got Sylar's powers, but is he going to fix his powers all the way, or is he still one touch wonder? And what about the hunger? Or was it just the one power (shapeshifting) that he borrowed? Or maybe he will be able to combine the logical intuition that Sylar had with his own limited empathy ability and he will be able to be basically what he was before. *sighs* There are so many questions that I really felt should have been answered. But, I will be the first to admit that I am just a little bit biased towards Peter. I mean, how can you not be? Lol. Anyway.

I am also wondering if Hiro is going to die in the first couple episodes of next season. I hope not, because he highly amuses me, but I can see them taking it that way.

And what happened to Ando being a booster type person? He boosted Daphne and that's it? But that can't be, because he boosted Matt once, too. Now all he does is shoot red lightning out of his hands, which is kinda cool, but not what it originally was.

But Yay for Tracy! I am glad that Ali Larter isn't leaving the show, and they really did set it up for her to come back as Tracy. But I don't think that I really expected it. I kinda figured that they would end up pulling the third sister out of their ass. Honestly, when I first saw her I thought it was the third sister, but then I caught on. I still wonder if there is a third sister out there, or if the third was Jessica. But I seem to remember Angela telling her that there had been three of them, but the names were Nicki, Tracy, and something else that wasn't Jessica. My brain is telling me Margaret, but that could just be the hamsters...

And now for the big weirdness. The whole Nathylar/Sylathan meld thing. What the fuck? I mean, seriously? I find Nathan an interesting character and all, but really? Anyway, it will be interesting how they develop the re-emergence of Sylar alongside Nathan's personality. And it will also be interesting to see how Peter reacts when he finds out. At any rate, I hope that there is more Peter in the next volume.

Oh, and even though it totally creeped me out, I really liked the conversation that Claire and Sylar had. Him talking about how they were the only ones that were going to be around. Which is mostly true. Unless Claire's brand of super-healing doesn't include no aging. That could have been unique to Adam. They don't really ever say. Though the implication is that she (and anyone else with super healing) won't ever die unless they are stabbed in the sweet spot.

Okay, so, what are your thoughts? Agree? Disagree? Am I stupid?
