I just got out of a meeting at work. Apparently, they are getting rid of the monitoring department and sending us all back to being contact agents. That is bullshit. For a company that cares so much about the quality of our customer service, it is an idiotic move on their part. Well, I got most of my Christmas shopping done. There are still one or two things I need to buy. Other than that, I just need to make a few things and I'm done. I am feeling  kind of sick. Well, really sick, actually. I am at work...an hour and a half left...and my face feels like it must be a nice shade of green right about now. I think I just need some rest. I have no idea. I need to go home. :(
