I'm debating about going to the Cambridge MayFair on Sunday. It will be full of tons of people and lots of music, but also many street vendors and artists. It's up near Havard Sqaure, so I mean, it is right off the Redline. The only thing making me not want to go is the people bit. I don't like people and I'm not a big fan of flocking tourists but that tends to go hand and hand with large public events in the greater Boston area.
My rent is being raised $5 again, which is not a problem since my building lives off of heating oil and gas for the stoves, so a $5 increase is nothing. I have a job here and there is a possiblity for an Archives certfication from UMB in the future. I think it's pretty clear that'll I'll be spending one more year in Quincy. It will also, hopefully, give some time for the job markets to open up in my field. I know that me getting a decent job in my field before I'm 30 is a miracle. D.C. does seem the best option though, but I'll need more time to plan out that move. Also, I have to handle that whole driving thing and hell, if I lear to dive in Mass I think I'm pretty okay to drive anywhere. Also, it would be stupid not to try and learn to drive and get a car when working for a major Autor dealership. I still don't want to or need to though, so I'm sure that is going to be put off for a few more months. Paying off student loans is more important than a car for me; and really I only pay $60/month on transportation.
Anime Boston is weeks away, an exact week before my graduation, and I cannot believe that. I'm still debating on going into Boston that thursday to pick up my pass, or just leave it for Saturday. I could go on Friday, but then I'd have to deal with a)memorial day crowds b)normal friday night boston crowds and c)a bunch of anime-loving teenagers in a convention center off of a mall on friday night. I think Thursday and Saturday are my best bet.
Now, time to set back and wait for some SPN. Hmm, Castiel.
