Grad school, it sucks

So, it's almost October and I still don't have my loan refund check. I haven't even recieved notice that it's coming. Yesterday I called the Bursar's office. They had no idea when it was coming. Then I called the Fin Aid office and the flat out moron who answered my phone said my money wasn't even there yet. I though this was really fucking funny

Ugh, that sucks. I have a lot of problems every freaking year with fin aid, when I try to get my books.

I had no problems for the four years of my undergrad. Here at UMB it's like pulling teeth. I FINALLY got an answer today. It only took two weeks and five phone calls. I don't even care about getting the money at this point; I just want to know where it is.
