It appears, maybe, possibly, somehow in Japan at least, a sequel to the FAKE series is coming out.

It all started when my friend Holley e-mailed me this link.

Then, her digging into the internet (because googgling "FAKE" is just stupid, trust me) found the official site of Sanami Matoh with thisAs Holley pointed out, that's different artwork. ( Read more... )

That would be fantastic! Did you ever read the story that was in the FAKE artbook? It's like a little epilouge to the story.

Oh, yes, lovely story. I just wish there had been more to it. I really thin this is a sequel and am still debating on whether or not to buy it from akadot in order to confirm my suspicions, but, even if it's not..whatever it is..it's the FAKE characters and it's new artwork.

It's just called "FAKE vol. 01" but, I mean, you can see here that it's a different art, publisher, and year than the original and on the offical site of the artist (which you can see here) there's more than one volume and she's working on them. The second one just came out too..so..
