Blood, sweat and tears, now with added blood!
I've been working on the house again this afternoon, prepping the front and side windows for puttying and painting. This has involved a lot of time with a hammer and putty knife over my head, left handed and at bizarre angles. I'm probably past the point where I should stop, but I keep doing "just a little bit more". The coup de (dis)grace on this days work was hitting the end of my left thumb with a hammer such that the end of the nail took the force, buckled, and split about 3mm below the quick. Where it started to bleed. ::sigh::
