From my sister:
I got my referral!!!! She is 18 months old. I will have pictures tomorrow! I get her medical reports and pictures tomorrow. After that, if I accept her referral, they will inform Russia and I will get a travel date to go meet her! I do know she has blue eyes and sandy blond hair and has had chicken pox already and that she was 5.6 lbs at birth.
My sister has been trying to adopt for some 4 years now. She's wanted a little girl. She's got 3 boys, three stepsons and one stepdaughter (who is so old enough that she was about to enter college when my sister married the father).
