Love at First Bite Chapter 2- Wonderful News & a Crazy fan girl

(Author's Note: Since my laptop is broke I'll be using my cellphone until I can get another one. Sorry for the shitty quality this story might have over the next few chapters)

This time I awoke on something firm and fluffy.
I immediately started freaking out,
thinking I was laying on Blake.
I said a prayer,
" God, I know I'm supposed to be doomed for all eternity and best friends with Satan but I like you better.
If you could let Blake be alive that would be great."
I continued my attempt at a prayer by saying,
" Um how do you close a prayer again?"
I heard someone say that to close a prayer you say Amen.
I replied,
" Thanks God. You're a nice guy."
Then I heard Blake's sexy chuckle as he said,
" And you Adam are an idiot."
I opened my eyes to find myself sprawled out on a huge bed.
Blake was looking at me and those ocean blue eyes were sparkling with amusement.
I looked very small next to him and just as I was mentally complaining about this the door
burst open to reveal a petite blond pixie like teenage girl.
She ran to my side of the bed and half spoke half squealed,
" You're finally awake! Uncle Blake asked me to help you get around and stuff. So where do you wanna go?"
I couldn't say anything just yet because this girl was so annoying and I had to calm myself down before telling her that I was just fine where I was.
Blake laughed and I looked at him strangely when he explained that he'd laughed because he heard what I was thinking.
Apparently my ex had also charmed the house to transfer the vampire's ability to read minds to the owner of the house.
I'd never felt so violated in all of my 3,000 years of living.
It was then I thought since I was so old and this house sucks up all of my abilities I should be dead.
To which Blake replied,
" Not exactly. You were born a vampire which means immortality was automatically given to you."
That was wonderful news but then my whole world shattered when Blake left me with his annoying niece who apparently had a crush on me.
I couldn't blame her because I am sexy but I don't enjoy fan girls and Kaylie is the walking, breathing, poster child for fan girls.
Oh well at least I had dinner with Blake to look forward to.
