charlesks is in Harrison Hospital tonight following three TIA-like events (which we hope are not TIAs) in the past 24 hours. I took him into the ER on the advice of an advice nurse earlier this evening and we have been there since about 9:00 pm on. One thing that charlesks wants me to do is go to the gym consistently. I've been making a concerted effort to do that, taking a spinning class last Thursday, a yoga class last Friday, enjoying a break on the weekend, taking a core exercise class AND a yoga class back-to-back on Monday, a "body pump" (fast-paced workout with barbell weights) class on Tuesday ( Read more... )
