We saw our first snowflakes this morning.  Some schools in the Poconos are closing, and they might get a foot of snow.  Yikes!

This morning, the thermometer near the family room window read 58F indoors.  The thermometer on the kitchen cabinet said 62F.  I think it's time to fire up the wood stove.

We had tons of rain last night, which brought the worms bubbling to the surface.  It was hard to walk to the bus stop without stepping on one.  Now the poor creatures are buried under 4" of snow / sleet ( Read more... )

It's snowing out there! Pretty, fluffy flakes! Junior and I will definitely be playing outside this afternoon.
