According to wikipedia and a few other websites, that is indeed the original lyric as Cole Porter wrote it. Fortunately (at least in the rendition that I own) Ella Fitzgerald graciously declined to sing it thus. Well, I guess it was just a different time. It would take a great deal more than that, certainly to put me off Lady Day at any rate.
