Dear Trader Joe's,
There is a difference between "cocoa" and "hot chocolate mix". The former is unsweetened and generally unadulterated. This is quite different from the latter that is presweetened, often contains dried milk and only requires the addition of hot water to make a beverage. I don't have anything against hot chocolate mix, I just think it should be distinctly labelled apart from pure cocoa. Moreover, I am quite capable of making my own cocoa that suits my own tastes and involves far less sugar and no dehydrated dairy products at all.
At the very least, you could actually stock unadulterated cocoa for those of us of a more discerning taste.
