Oh poor SGB...she just discovered that a cat (probably the Evil Bitch Cat Who Like to Piss on Things) peed on her desk and it formed a puddle under her laptop. Now her brand new MacBook won't turn on and we fear the worst. Her dad bought it for her as a graduation present and we don't have any money, certainly not enough to replace it. She's really upset and angry (can't blame her).
I'm hoping maybe her dad would loan us the money to replace it, with us making payments, so that at least she could have a computer again. :(
There's a remote chance that if we leave it alone to fully dry out it may work again...assuming the pee didn't actually short out the motherboard. *x-fingers* Although it's not very likely.
