Initially Souji had been a little irritated by Yamazaki's 'already occupied' status. Just who was the ninja take orders from? Should not his loyalties have been to Hijitaka, and via him, Souji? The ninja had disclosed very little as that was the nature of his work, that much Souji was used to, he was expecting to be greeted with a full explanation however.
But there were more pressing things at hand right now, so Souji's annoyance was pushed to one side, and he would just be glad to see the young man again, alive and well. Familiar faces were far and few in this place.
Souji entered the park Shinomori-san had introduced him too, the place had quickly become one of Souji's favourite places in the city after their impromptu afternoon tea. It was almost a separate place. Beautiful and green, full of trees and natural flower beds. Looking around he couldn't see either of them yet, not that he expected to see Yamazaki first anyway.
