WHO: Batman's Rescue Group and the captives WHAT: The rescue party has finally arrived! But what will it take to free the captives and escape? WHERE: The caves beneath the waterfall WHEN: Day 27 (AKA the neverending day)
No way, he didn't believe they were actually there. His knights in shining armor Guardian had come to rescue him. The first thing he could think of was run to the bars, but he held back, smiling and waving.
"Gokudera-kun! You did it!" he yelled ecstatically. If Tsuna was this happy to see Gokudera, the amount of sparkles that would radiate from the bomber would most likely be enormous. Hopefully the cave could contain them all.
"Yamamoto! Lambo-san! You all made it!" he was so relieved, that they were finally rescued. He hated having the others worry about him, but there was no choice, he had no powers without the pills, or Reborn. But it all didn't matter at this point in time because his best friends were here.
Rika followed the group into the cavern. It was so dark. Ugh. It was going to be hard to get them out at this rate, but… They’d manage it. She looked around the room, before her eyes fell upon Renamon. “This is going to be a long night, Renamon…” She mumbled, before turning to look at the bars.
Despite being the smallest, she doubted she could fit through those bars.
Deciding to keep out of everyone’s way, Rika kept near the doors with Zidane, frowning softly. “I wonder if the guards are going to even come back.”
"Everything will be just fine," Larsa reassured once he had let go of Hakkai's hand. And then he realized something odd. His hand was sticky and-
Blue eyes widened. The neat cut he had watched heal had not healed at all. The illusion of his relief fabricated an excuse for his body to make him believe everything had worked. That the potions glowed when it fact it was the thrumming of the crystal that aided in illuminating the ornate glass bottles.
He sat back with a small thump, clutching his hand and watching in disbelief as the crusted blood clogged the wound. Suddenly the boy felt sick, far sicker than the time he had seen the field of bodies.
It was the realization of his helplessness, threatening to drown him.
No. This can be remedied. A minor setback. Larsa took a deep breath and pieced his composure back together. This is a minor hindrance.Safely replacing all the bottles and vials back into his bag save for his regular potions, Larsa turned back to the captives

On a good day, Renamon might be able to bend those bars with enough effort. But that was before she came here. Now, she didn't think she would be able to do a thing, having never learned to pick a lock (it didn't seem like an important skill to her; she might have to rethink her decision).
Instead, she decided to stay behind with Rika and Zidane to guard the door, ears perked and alert. She looked at Rika and made an uneasy face, "I certainly hope they don't come back..." her expression changed to one of determination, "But we are so very close... I will not let some human guards interrupt our goals." She took one look at the crystal and was... unnerved by it.
She folded her arms and seemed to close her eyes, but she was really staying very alert. In the darkness, her hearing and sense of smell would do her more good anyway.
The fact that there were no guards had Riku concerned, half expecting them to pop out of nowhere like some kind of ninjas, yet as the others interacted with prisoners and none appeared he wondered if they were indeed alone. It was too easy. Nothing was too easy in Riku's life, and after glancing at Nise (wanting to see if he was suspicious as well) he had to fight back a wry smile. The other was a reminder that indeed it couldn't be that simple
