WHEN: It begins during a brief lull in the rain, early Wednesday morning.
[The Sekhiri is an old ship, and her captain is not the first to guide her course. She creaks as she rolls gently in the water, seems to speak with an old, wooden voice of her own. But there's no more reliable a ship in all the harbor, and any who would venture to sea with her are welcome.]
