WHO: Jade, Peony, Dist (unfortunately).
WHAT: Peony carries an unconscious Jade back to the Inn.
WHERE: Crimson Dragon Inn,
WHEN: Day 20 after the sparring with Dist (yes still backlogging!).
If Jade felt the jostling as Peony pulled himself to his feet and readjusted his burden, he didn't show it. The great Necromancer was just dead weight, a husk drained of its fonons, of its life... and while it was eerie to see his face so slack, so devoid of expression, it did save Peony a tongue-lashing, when he felt his grip slipping and almost dropped the Colonel. Jade was a slender man, but that didn't mean he was light.
Had he been awake, he probably would have been mortified at the thought of crossing the threshold of the Crimson Dragon Inn in the arms of his Emperor, the person he was sworn to protect. That was just contrary to the natural order of things.
But then... many things in Rivelata were.
[ooc: they both hate starting threads, so someone has to do it!]
