WHAT: Marketplace excursions! This is a big open log, threadjacking is fine, quicklog comments or regular log comments are fine. I am going to be adding threads for specific places, so don't worry about that. Please add your own tags as you join!

WHERE: The Marketplace, and the various shops therein.
Vivi straightened his hat, checked to see if his staff was securely strapped to his back and felt in his coat pockets for the pouch of coins Garnet had given him. He'd carried his staff with him ever since the odd and frightening excursion into that city of ruins, but he'd been working on learning his magic without use of a conduit too.
Today, however, was not a day for practicing, or sitting inside. It had gotten warmer in Rivelata, and so Vivi wanted to go outside and explore a little bit. The tiny mage wrote a note in careful, childish scrawl telling Garnet where he'd be and when he would be coming back, adjusted his hat a final time, and went outside, closing the door to the large mansion securely behind him.
