WHO: Tommy Elliot aka Jason Todd and Donna Troy aka Princess Sparklepants :3
WHAT: Jason just wants to talk and catch up on what's going on in the real world, honest.
WHERE: That pizza place in the market.
WHEN: After Donna's journal entry.
Jason wasn't sure why he'd bothered doing this. Donna would probably end up talking to Dick, or Batman, or Roy again - he was guessing that was who she'd meant when she mentioned running into an ex, anyway, unless Kyle was suddenly here too; but the levels of annoying on the island were still nice and low, so that was unlikely. He could have gotten details from any of them, just like Donna could get details about him just by asking. She could have turned down the meeting just as easily as he could have not offered in the first place.
But he had, and she'd accepted. And the truth was, he'd kind of missed having her around. Though it was nice not being blamed for anything that went wrong and getting punched with superstrength. He hoped Rivelata's comparatively low stress levels - at least, in comparison to their little helter-skelter trip around the multiverse - would help to reduce the frequency of that.
And it'd be nice to have someone around who knew about that whole flailing quest through multiple Earths, for several reasons.
Without his mask, since he was being Tommy, he waited outside the pizza parlour, leaning up against the wall and looking bored. Just because he might be glad to see her, didn't mean she had to know. ... Right away.
