It was a night like any other, as true as that could ever be said here in Rivelata, in here or any place Dick had lived for the last fifteen years.
Dick scanned the crowd from his position behind the bar. Some faces he knew; locals, regulars, faces from the journals. Others he wasn't so familiar with, and some he didn't know at all. The unknown and 'the usual suspects' drew his attention in particular, discrete crowd surveying having become something of a second nature long ago.
Slinging a bar towel over his shoulder, Dick let his attention be caught and he made his way over, turning up the natural charm with a smile alone and resting his palms - arms spread open - along the bar. "So, what can I get for you?"
