What: Kojiro is rolickingly drunk, and is going on a shopping spree (or trying to).
When: During the water-to-alcahol event.

Kojiro wasn't quite sure why the silliest things seemed so hysterical, but he had spent the last half hour giggling at a cookie which, he swore, was shaped like Satoshi's face. Where the idea had come from was anyone's guess, but something made him decide he hadn't been shopping for a while and he needed to go shopping.
He burst from the house and scampered off along the streets, hop, skip and tripping his way down to the markets which would hopefully provide him with great shopping.
It didn't seem to bother him that he currently had no money.
He sang wordlessly (and tunelessly) to himself as he skipped along, twirling about every five steps.
