WHO: Lucy (keystothezodiac) [possibly Karin and Jan?] & any customers~ WHAT: Just another day at the job WHERE: Junkhouse Ramen WHEN: Day 382; 9AM - 4PM
Anju hated crowds, and she hated humid weather, but neither of these things would keep her from making sure her Onee-chan was properly watched and protected.
In her absence, this had regretfully not been the case. Onee-chan worked in some hole-in-the-wall ramen shop with a vulgar, disgusting pig of a man, and more than one person seemed to know about her...unique vampiric nature. No matter. They would be dealt with as soon as she got her powers back, and she would get her powers back, power repression or no. Someone of her ability could not be discouraged by something so pithy as a power block.
The little girl picked a day to visit Onee-chan where the sky was particularly overcast, the clouds swollen with rain. Luckily, the lack of powers meant that the sun did not bother her so much, but she still preferred walking around the city on cloudy days.
She was going to visit her Onee-chan out of a genuine desire to see if she was doing well at her job, but she had another purpose in mind as well: she wanted to meet the vulgar man that called himself Jan Valentine. His very presence offended her, and she had decided that, out of all the idiots who resided on this island, he would be the one she dealt with first.
Anju's skirts billowed around her slight frame as she entered the restaurant, and she closed her parasol with one hand, holding Boogie-chan tightly with the other. She'd given him express directions that he was to remain silent while she worked, no matter what anyone said. He was an important part of her plan, and having him reveal himself by speaking would ruin things.
Lucy spotted the small girl -Anju Maaka, she remembered- walk into the door with the parasol and stuffed animal. The girl walked over, giving a small wave with her right hand, the mark of Fairy Tail blatantly showing. "Hello there!" She tucked the piece of parchment-pad into her white apron. "I'm Lucy. If you could follow me...?" She headed off after a quick glace at a diagram on the hostess stand.
"It's a pleasure working with your sister, Maaka-san." She hoped it didn't sound too presumptuous... A quick scan of the journals had told her that the younger sister could be extremely protective.
She gave the young guest a smile over her shoulder before turning around to point at the two-person table. "Is this one okay?"
