WHAT: Nise and Thumby spend the day today as Valentine's~
WHERE: Sora's house.
WHEN: Valentine's Day ♥ (backdated I'M SORRY)
Today was the first day he was personally getting to celebrate Valentine's - well, he had celebrated it before as Riku in his far off memories but that was different; he was here, this was himself, not another, and it was his first experience. That alone made him want to do something special for his friends, since it was a day to express your gratitude for others, or so he had understood it to be. Usually there would be a lot of chocolate candy and roses and cards, but he was tight on money so had to be careful on how he spent it. He wanted something meaningful, something that didn't say "Happy Valentine's Day!" or "I love you!" - nothing cliche and empty like that - he needed something that said "Thank you for being my friend." Something that showed his appreciation for those people who made him feel welcomed and real.
After making sure that Real Thing wasn't in his room, Nise snuck inside and placed box with a red bow on top onto Riku's pillow, and quietly made his way out without looking back.
The sun was nice and warm as he quickly made his way into over to the inn, walking fast and evading people whether he knew them or not. He really didn't want to get held up, because that would make him late in picking up Thumbelina and he wanted every moment he could have to be spent with her.
Minutes later, he had dropped off his gift for Martel at the front desk (cleverly placing a "For Martel" card on top the box and a "From Nise" card inside, because he knew that if Mithos knew it was from him, the guy would probably trash it and never tell Martel about it. Jerk).
He made his way back post haste, wondering if Thumbelina would like the gifts he prepared for her. After he had brought Riku back from the jungle, he had asked (with a lot of fumbling and awkwardness) if Real Thing could help him make a dessert for his Valentine. Riku had (grudgingly) agreed and the dessert was now waiting at the house, everything in order so when he brought Thumbelina over he could surprise her.
With a nervous sigh, he ran a hand through his hair and knocked on Thumbelina's door. Or the house in which she lived with that Wufei person. Whoever they were. He cleared his throat and awaited nervously on the doorstep, looking rather sharp in his outfit for the day (minus the cape cause that's just kinda gay).
