Zexion walked carefully through the Sanitarium, trying not to trip over debris in the hallways. He felt... blind. His powers were gone, and he had no way of sensing Bruce's presence in here. It was... disconcerting. Upsetting, even. He didn't know who else might be in here, and he felt exposed.
Sighing, he called out, "I'm afraid my powers have left me. Where are you...?"
Lost his powers? Could it be related to regaining their hearts? It made since, given their lack of hearts, their nature as Nobodies what gave them their powers. Of course, it could be a deception, too. Bruce wasn't about to drop his guard... but neither could he abandon Zexion to face this alone.
Stepping soundlessly out of the darkness into the dim beams of moonlight, Bruce wore a small smile. A part of him truly was glad to see Zexion, but they both knew the blue-haired man had much to explain and that the situation was dire for him. Then again, these days, they rarely saw each other except under such circumstances.
Zexion jumped when Bruce appeared, clearly caught off guard. He was so used to simply knowing where people were before he saw them.
He smiled back, and though his smile was sad, it reached to his eyes - something very rare to see in Zexion.
"Undoubtedly you are aware of my current condition," he said, "knowing what a master of observation you are. I've... given some thought to what you said about running away, and..."
He took a deep breath. "I've decided to turn myself in. I assume full responsibility for the incident with the Resonance Crystals and their creation and will write a complete confession if needed, and I will come quietly."
"Hopefully you understand my reasons for coming to you rather than one such as Grell or Jade," he continued. "I do not trust them. Truth told, I do not trust the government of this city either, though I must submit to its laws. I fully know and understand that I must take responsibility for the crimes I have committed, but even understanding that I wish to be treated fairly"You, Mr. Wayne," he
