Farfarello leaned back in the kitchen chair opposite Schuldig's. Might as well look comfortable; God, but he'd forgotten how much these these little 'security and mental health checks' sucked. Depending on what exactly Schuldig was looking for, this could take forever. "No wonder you sent outside to 'play' first," Farfarello grumbled. "What exactly are you looking for?" He met the mind breaker's eyes and blinked; his eyelids were growing heavy, too heavy to keep open ...
Schuldig had often slipped into his head before, and usually it was no problem. Schwarz trusted each other. But then again, anyone would feel ... uneasy, having Schuldig's full attention zoomed in on you, your neuroses, in the innermost insides of your head, because Schuldig was good at telepathy, plus he had a nasty sense of humor, not to mention he loved to cause others pain; when Schuldig sought something, he did not hold back. And he would analyze each passing thought until he finally found the object of his search.
"Nagi," said Schuldig.
Nagi ...
Nagi had changed a lot, since arriving in Rivelata. In the beginning Nagi had been anxious in this new environment, and had accordingly stuck to Crawford's side like a small brown haired burr. Stripped of his powers, he'd trained punishingly hard to regain them. Then ... her mightness had thrown the infamous Ball, that catalyst which would change Schwarz forever, Farfarello and Nagi included.
