Tifa rarely left the house after the children disappeared, only venturing out to escort Kisa or when she had to run errands in the Marketplace. The days were...listless, she felt. She spent most of her time practicing her piano and putting on a brave face for Kisa. Even knowing disappearance was commonplace on the island didn't make it any less disturbing.
It was nothing like experiencing it firsthand. And furthermore...she felt like it was her fault. Maybe if she'd gone with them, or paid more attention, she could've prevented it...
She could've done something. Anything.
Adam's invitation to talk had been welcome. Cloud wasn't the best at it, and Yuffie had been just as much of a wreck as she'd been when the kids had first gone missing. She appreciated it.
