Larsa Ferrinas of House Solidor, Crown Heir to the Archadian Empire.
Or at least I was, before I came here. I now approach you humbly as a new citizen concerned with the political events that have transpired since my arrival during the hostage crisis. Know that I am a Diplomat, and a strong advocate of Peace. I feel my past experience can aid in political dealings far more efficiently than trying to approach the palace wielding a rapier.
It gladdens me that the Queen has taken this step, and it will prove to benefit both her and Rivelata. There are many of us with sound minds learned in conciliarly methods, and I commend her for her wise decision. She will not find fools amongst those who truly wish for this Council to happen.
Your words give merit to your status, Master Larsa. However, I must ask in what regard you would wish to sit on the Council - what faction, if any, do you plan on representing to Her Majesty?
In addition, if you could provide examples of your exploits, that would be greatly appreciated.
I will begin with the latter, if I may. I have been involved with the Senate back in the Imperial City ever since I first sat with my brothers at five winters. My studies groomed me to take an active part in the Senate at the age of ten, with discussion and action regarding economy, health and warfare tactics.
When last in my world, I was in the middle of careful negotiations with a neighboring Empire about the sovereignty of a country under our jurisdiction. We are trying to avoid war back home, and here it seems we are too.
At least, sire, that is the side I seek to represent. Those of us who want none of this bloodshed, or perhaps as little as crucially possible, and the safety of those under the Jaguar King's call. I hope to represent those of us who wish a more open and less distanced relationship with Her Majesty.
I would not deem myself an anarchist by any means and I do not quite sit with a revolutionary either.
As an Heir yourself, you should be well aware of the tenuous situation we have found ourselves in - of all the time I have been of service to Her Majesty, this ranks lowest in my choices of times to call for a War Council to include new arrivals.
Hopefully you will be able to prove your claims, Master Larsa.
I do sympathize with that view indeed, for during such critical times it is the tight-knit trust between long standing council-members that can be the difference between a country staying together instead of falling apart.
However, sire, let it be said that fresh voices can also work to shed light on issues that many similar-minded people, who have thought together for many years, may overlook.
A chance is all I need sire, and I will most certainly prove my claims.

I leave myself in your hands, Chancellor.
