So it would seem that I have already resigned myself to this place for over a month. Perhaps I should have done so sooner, but I suppose I had hoped to cling to some hope that I might find a way out. Or at least, find my master within. As this is not the case, I do believe that it's time I take Mr. Sutcliff's advice and find myself a new master to serve for the time being. Of course, because of the contract, should I find my master, I would need to return to him, should he command it.
While I do suppose my specific former job title was butler, I'm not particularly adverse to any kind of work. I've yet to try something I was not able to do. During my former service, I've learned to make a number of delicious sweets as well as cook a great variety of foods at my master's request. I also have a fair hand of experience in both arts and music. Other skills I'm sure I can pick up.
I do hope that I can be of assistance to someone, and I'd greatly appreciate the work.
