The Queen has stated she would like to better protect her citizens. I'll be damned if I don't support her wishes and work on this "Civil Defense Corps" that a few of you have suggested

Forgive my disrespect for military forces, general. My people have fallen into poverty and slavery because of forces either bloodthirsty for power, incredibly ill equipped, or uninterested in aiding their people.

It's all talk unless something actually happens. If you succeed, all the more power to you.
