Civil Defense Corps
The Queen has stated she would like to better protect her citizens. I'll be damned if I don't support her wishes and work on this "Civil Defense Corps" that a few of you have suggested.
So who among you wants to protect your fellows from the scum like the bastard hanging at the gates? You'd start out as Cadets of course, but with a little training same as the military cadets, I think we can get enough of you in shape to make Her Majesty's dream a reality.
Work hard enough and you'll earn yourself the good pay. Maybe even a rank alongside Major Valery or Colonel Casimiro - they won't let just any schmuck boss them around though, I've got news for you.
