sitting in the frog pond...
I did something this morning that I rarely do. I frogged. I am working on a pair of fingerless mitts which I had finished to the point of weaving in all the ends, then decided that it didn't fit right after all. The reall problem is the point of separation between thumb and palm, it was placed way to high for me. I followed a pattern in one of my books for guidance, knitting 2.5 inches between the end of my ribbing and the waste yarn insert for the thumb. After opening up the place for the thumb, I discovered that it was too far up the palm and the end would not cover my fingers at all, so I frogged back to where I think the thumb should be. Starting back towards the fingers later this afternoon. *sigh*
