New Feathers is the term we call all the new arrivals. I hope your wings aren't giving you too much trouble. We have a Welcome Center set up in town to provide shelter, care and information about this place, too.

And yes, usually around the first of the month, although lately it's been a little sporadic. You're adjusting very well, actually. Most people tend to be a little put out.

Well, I've been to other worlds before! The only difference is that I usually went there myself.
