Thank you so much for signing up, and thank you so much for writing or drawing something for me - I hope this letter helps you work out any narrative kinks or issues you might have while writing my fic!

These are just some general likes - I definitely know some of the fandoms I've selected don't fit with these themes, so I've tried to be extra specific with my ODAO in those cases!
* Character studies! Tell me how the character got to this point! How they got PAST that point! The first time they did this thing and if they'd ever do that thing again? What are they like when they're older or younger?
* Quests and adventures: especially when said quest helps the characters figure out something about themselves along the way. I love road trips a lot.
* Romance: I'm a romantic fool, so I love all sorts of silly tropey ship-related things, including baby acquisition fic and road trips. Baby and kidfic is also fun.
* Futurefic and pre-canon fic!
* Casefic and team dynamics
* Well written horror.

I'll still read just about anything but scat, sex between underage partners and nonconsensual sexual activity that's not plot-driven.

Animaniacs: What I really, really want is a wonderfully silly Slappy and Skippy fic. I kind of want Slappy's cranky commentary on the modern world (Slappy on the state of modern animation! Slappy versus well, ANYTHING). Tell me how Skippy ended up in Slappy's care (which I think was briefly skipped over by the show) or tell me what adult!Skippy's relationship with his Aunt is like.
If Slappy and Skippy aren't your jam, maybe some found family fic where the Warners aren't quite as mean to Dr. Scratchansniff as they could be - anything with Dot being her cool self, Yakko being a smartass, or Wakko being his slightly dotty self.
Clue (1985) Backstories! Post-canon endings (For any of them)! Just what made Boddy so evil? Was Communism REALLY a red herring? Do they ever see one another at all and is it ever painfully awkward? I want something ensemble-heavy for sure, though if you must leave any of the characters out because of the twists and turns your selected ending took I'm absolutely cool with that. I don't ship anything here but I'd love to know more about Mr. Green.
Blazing Saddles I really want Lili backstory. I adore her so much and I wanna know what makes her her - and how's she'd be doing in the post-canon ending. Post-canon fourth wall breaking is always good and heck, even some crack with Mongo, who is only pawn in life.
Cry-Baby Mona is one of my favorite John Waters characters; she's got dignity, she's fearless and she's totally awesome. Tell me about young her. Tell me about older her. Tell me about her friendship with Allison, which I think got a bit of a short shrift.
Tell me about Allison afterwards; does she wholly reconcile the different parts of herself into a single identity, or is she fully happy as a drape? How does her relationship with Cry-Baby go when she leaves highschool? Is she a mother? Does she become a (Gasp) Folk singer and follow the protest-and-acid crowd? Who is she when she's as old as her grandmother was when Allison burst out of the nest?
The Princess Bride I love these characters more than anything in the world, and I'd love some further adventures featuring them. Any romantic entanglements would be beyond welcomed, or explorations of the friendships between them. What's it like, once they get away? Does Inigo become an excellent Dread Pirate Roberts? Does Buttercup do some rescuing? Do things evolve into a poly situation? Does Fezzik ever run out of rhymes?
This is Spinal Tap Anything you want to do - from gen to slash (David/Nigel for life but don't forget Derek!), to pre-and-post canon would be fine with me. How the heck are Tap surviving in the post EDM world? Have they taken on an exploding DJ to drop the bass? Or are they fighting the onslaught of progress like Gene Simmons? Where are they, what do they feel, and what are they up to?
