My dog is little. And she loves to be outside. I figured after I'd mow the front half of the lawn, I would take her outside and do some laps around the house. I can't take her on the roads because she won't stick near me (read: she goes as far across the road as possible) and always runs towards other houses. My fat ass just did a 12.5, 12, and 11 minute mile.

And I feel fantastic!

Must go grocery shopping soon. I'm running out of healthy goodness in the house.

Well, I compromised and did half of the 3 miles. It's all good anyhow. I burned my 2k calories for the week.

I totally cut 5 minutes off of my 3 mile run time. I'm only doing a 13 minute mile, which is awesome since I was being a slug at 15/16 minutes 2 weeks ago. To get 100% on the run for testing, I have to do 1.5 miles in 12 minutes or less ( Read more... )
