We accepted an offer on the house!!!!!

it's about $30,000 less than the original asking price, but in this market, that's not so bad. and we should still walk away with about $24,000. which we've already spent on getting the house ready for market. but i'm happy with a clean slate.

okay, so i don't want to jinx anything, but apparently someone is interested in making an offer on the house. they want to know how much we paid in taxes last year.

the answer is $2801.93.

NOW JUST BUY THE FREAKIN' HOUSE!!!!!!!
