Today was a pretty productive day off. Got up, dressed and went and worked out at the park district with my mom. Can you believe it? My mom and I are working out together...it's kinda funny, but we are determined not to be known as the "fat family" at Christmas this year. We'll see how it goes.
Then we went to Meijer and went grocery shopping for healthy diet food. (((shudder))) Actually it wasn't that bad. We bought fruits and veggies I like and we got yogurt and cereal and stuff, so it should work out. Since I moved home, I gained about 9 pounds. I have now lost 2. This is going to be a roller coaster project, but I am determined to be a little sex pot with skanky lingerie, bedroom eyes and white teeth. ;)
Then came home, showered, laid around and smelled my kick ass new cherry almond candle from JD. It's kinda cool cause JD gives it's employees free stuff and say, "Try this and give us feed back". And this time it was fun candles and they smell SO good and they're soy, so it's good for the environment. ;)
Then ironed out my hair, made dinner with my mom and ate. We had Orange Ruffy. (For those who aren't in the know, it's a type of fish). Now, I'm not a fish eater, but it was decent. Nothing to make me say "Ew", but nothing to make me say, "Damn, can I have some more?"
Then my mom and I went and saw "Open Water". The shark movie. It was okay. It was sometimes artsy for the sake of being artsy, but it definitely did have it's moments. Then came home and talked to the Pud. Tomorrow will consist of JD all day, working out and then watching my "Amazing Race" tapes to catch up with the season. KIDS: September 16th, new "Survivor" series airs. :) I'm geeked, looks like a good one. And I'll keep you all updated on my Uncle Deuce and Aunt Pam's journey around the world with "Amazing Race". (for those you aren't in the know with this one, my aunt and uncle, I believe they are in training for the "Amazing Race" finals and interviews. They will kick ass just like Deuce would have kicked ass on "Survivor" if they hadn't told him he was "too nice of a guy" to be the show. What assholes. He would have won the million bucks and I would be one wealthy niece.)
With that said, it's jigsaw puzzle time and then night night cause this girl has to get up at 7:30am. UGH. Night all.
