I should be way more embarrassed about this but I am in Degrassi alumni heaven right now. One of the tumblrs I follow linked to Cassie Steele's (Manny) myspace tonight and from there I have found twitters and pictures of Cassie and Miriam MacDonald (Emma) being total BFFs in real life and I AM SO PLEASED.

Yes yes, same! When I first started watching Degrassi, I wasn't crazy about her, but now Manny is my ABSOLUTE favorite and always will be. She's just so great and confident and totally comfortable with herself. And SO PRETTY, GOOD LORD. *____*

Degrassi Goes Hollywood is the 4-part finale of season 8 and it's amazing. Also Pete and Cassadee are just MOUNDS of awkward.

M2222! IL that even though the old cast isn't on there anymore, they're still super close (they also talk to Shenae Grimes (Darcy) who's on 90210 a lot too). And lol the guy who plays Snake tweets about Drake but he always calls him Aubrey. IL IT. And mfy, all the Emma/Manny or Miriam/Cassie IN THE WORLD.

LOLOLOL THAT WAS THE GREAT. He just wants to be fun and nutty, none of these confusing emotions!

YYYYYYY. She's so awesome. I love how comfortable with her sexuality she is and how she doesn't apologize for it, even after she got all the bad rap for Craig getting her pregnant and he didn't get any flak at all. One of my favorite Manny moments ever is when Darcy calls her a slut and she yells, "YOU ARE THE LAST PERSON THAT IS EVER GOING TO CALL ME THAT." and yanks Darcy's hair back and they get into a fight. IT'S AWESOME.

Hand-holding and smooches would be THE BEST. :DDDDDDDD

LOLOLOL poor Ian, we feel you, bb. They are such a cute cast. Have you seen the blooper reel? Nina is DARLING in it.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT PART. I'm just to the dance with ~Chester, and there's already some bad feelings between Manny and Darcy, but I remember the fight and then the striptease... thing, and I AM EXCITED.

YES I SAW THE BLOOPER REEL :DDDDDDD (and the season two promo OMG OMG *___*) I think my favorite parts were Paul accidentally drooling and then being so cute and apologetic about it, and then Nina falling backwards. "Oh, this skirt!"

LOL CHESTER. Whatever happened to him? After one dance and Emma turning his tree into a tampon-Christmas tree, he just disappeared. Oh yes, the sexy photoshoot scandal! I had forgotten about that one. Oh Darcy.

LOL the drooling part was my favorite too, that and the crew telling Nina to think of gonorrhea.

EEEE THE SEASON TWO PROMO. Katherine telling Damon she never loved him, that she came back for Stefan!!!!!! :OOOOOO I am so excited.
