I Like To Imagine I'm Wearing A Cape Emblazoned With 'The Doorinator'.

I hate it when someone who doesn't truly appreciate the beauty of automatic doors reaches one in front of me. YOU HAVE ROBBED ME OF MY MOMENT OF AWESOME. (Seriously, if you've never 'opened' an automatic door with a dramatic sweep of the arm, you should try it. You look completely ridiculous, but you feel like the coolest person in the world.)

I love your tiny!fic. You need to write that crossover. I would read it. Seriously.

You shouldn't want to read it! It cannot be allowed to exist!

Interesting fact regarding your tinyfic: relationships between cousins aren't legally incest in the UK, or indeed in most parts of the world. So you may feel free to pair up the Stigs! Perhaps you'll want to find a workaround for American Stig, though.

Incest squicks me a bit. (Yes, there are still things that squick me.)

If incest between cousins is so common in so much of the world, then why are people in the deep south so often referred to as inbred, despite the fact that is not actually all that common around here?

'Incest' means you're too closely related to be allowed to marry, so technically, in countries in which cousins are allowed to marry, cousin/cousin isn't incest! So it shouldn't squick you when it's in the UK! No, hang on, that's not how logic works, is it?

Because there's a cousin/cousin taboo in the US that doesn't exist in most of the rest of the world. I believe cousin/cousin marriages used to be very common in the UK (read Jane Austen's Mansfield Park), especially amongst higher-class families, but lately a stigma against such relationships has been creeping in because, as we get so much American television, many English people don't realise we don't have the same incest laws.

I can't imagine having that kind of relationship with any of my cousins. (Plucky: Eeeewwww...) But then, there are so many to keep track of and I'm so rubbish with faces that I probably wouldn't actually notice.

I'm just going to go one with my theory that the Stig's are not in fact related so that I can slash them.

No, wait, that Stig/A. Stig fic shouldn't be written!

Oh, man, the idea of having a sexual relationship with one of my cousins horrifies me. But, er, it's good to know the option is there?

Well the point of an option is that you don't have to use it.

(On a completely unrelated note, my dad inadvertantly gave me permission to give out our mailing address a couple days ago, so I no longer have to feel guilty about giving it to you.)

First cousins are allowed to marry in eighteen states in the US, as well. Not all of them southern. And that's not counting the states that allow marriage between cousin who can't bear children, get genetic counseling, or are related by adoption. Granted, the Stig would only be allowed to marry his cousin in two states, but that's because they're both men.

They're not trying to get married, they're only looking for a snog and possibly a shag and whay in the world would they come here in the first place?

...

You're going to make me write that, aren't you?

You're making me write Richard the Pimp. It's only fair.

And as far as I can tell, they can snog and shag in every state, and the UK. Legally, they can't have homosexual sex in Botswana, but the law's rarely enforced anymore.

I guess our Stig won't be visiting his African cousin anytime soon, and so poor A. Stig will have to go to England when he wants a nice shag.

You're writing it? Excellant! Does this mean I'm not an apprentice anymore?

(Also, I made these excellant Black Stig and African Stig icons but I don't have room for them. *woes*)

You officially qualify as Journeyman Evil. If you'd got Riona to prod me, you'd be an Evil Master.

And yeah, African Stig will have to go to England for a shag.

I'm sure he doesn't mind. Besides, until they get round to making Top Gear Botswana, our Stig is much busier than A. Stig.

Is it obvious that A. Stig is my favorite foreign Stig?
