Im writting this now while i have the chance and since im remembering to do it.
Ive got a question...
Anyone wanna buy a Nintendo DS for $100...like...a.s.a.p.?
Yep. thats right. Im selling my DS.
Why?
I have a choice.
Either save my 'net service by May 11th at 5pm or ill be without it for at least a month or two.
To make a long story short, here is the thng.
All the $ has been put to the rent/power/water bills.
(Been really low on money in the house the last few months...long story i do not wanna get into.)
None left for the cable bill.
None till AFTER the time it would be for it to be turned off.
And the fuckers at Charter Cable (i hate them so much for 1,000 & 1 reasons) wont work with us on the bill.
$116.23 on May 11th by 5pm or bye bye cable/internet service.
And i would rather go without than to have to go back to using Dial-up.
(hell, i dont even HAVE a dial-up modem anymore. got rid of it long ago cause ive not needed it in about 2 years now)
I love my DS.
I love my 'net service more (no damn jokes from some of you damnit).
Its how i keep in touch with everyone and since i dont get out much, my window to the outside world. (as lame as that sounds.)
Ive only had the DS since a week or two before my b-day in Feb (got it like, the last week in Jan or so).
No dead pixles (thank god)
Ive not bought any games for it (mainly cause there wasnt/isnt any games out for it yet that i like enough to buy) except the demo of 'Metroid Prime: First Hunt' that it comes with.
Ive mainly been using it for a GBA SP really (GBA games look SOOOOOOOOOOOO good on the DS)
And everyone i know can vouch for me the it mostly sits in one place charging up unless im playing it, so it is still in great condition.
Ive still got all the original packaging for it (box has been on the shelf under my tv since i got it).
So...yeah.
