Steamy Cape Goodness
Hello Fellow Steam - Lovers!
So as you may or may not recall I was planning on making a steamy Red-Riding Hood outfit for halloween/cons. I finished my skirt not too long ago, it's just short a hem, gorgeous thing really, 2 full circles in ruby taffeta. Anyway, back to topic. I'm looking to make a hooded cape, but I can't seem to find anything steamy or victorian that is hooded.
So my question is does anyone have a good suggestion for a pattern or tutorial for a hooded cloak?
