(no subject)
i have another "newest plan" which, i know, seems to happen about every other day or so. but this one is really good. i decided that since finding a back up housing option in case im not in england would be a big headache if it was OFF campus, i am going to apply to live with sandy and amanda, in case i cant go to england. neither of them care if i ditch out on them, so it all works out. and if i DO end up getting to go to england, i will be able to easily get out of my housing contract. living on campus wont be THAT bad i guess, and both sandy and amanda have cars, so that would definitely be a plus. maybe that way i wouldnt need one. hmmmm...i overslept today and didnt make it to my comp class, but its the first time ive missed it, which i think is pretty impressive, so im not too worried about it. i might be missing it again next friday, but oh well, its spring break! the rest of my day is looking pretty busy: i have a tanning appointment at 2:30, then i have to run out and grab something for sandys birthday which is today. then im coming back to work on a project for interpersonal communication with jill. after we get done with that im going to dinner with sandy and jeremy and then i have to watch american idol since i missed it last night. then i have ash wednesday service, then i have to go to bed, cuz it have to go cut up veggies at 7:00am. sometimes its nice to have my day all planned out like this, but sometimes i just get sick of having somewhere to be all the time. when we are in florida it wont matter! only 10 days till we leave!!!
ok, random subject change here...i had a really weird dream this morning, which i actually remember, so i have to write it down so i dont forget it. it was the day that the england trip was leaving, and they still didnt know if i was going to be able to go or not. they just said to pack my bags and meet them at the airport and they would tell me then. so i packed up all my stuff and got to the airport a couple hours early. they told me that i would be able to go, so i was really excited. but then i realized that all of my stuff wasnt packed in suitcases, but just strewn all over the floor of the airport. i had forgotten my suitcases and somehow just carried all my stuff to the airport without them. (it was a dream, ok?) so then i was like "ok, i have time to run home and get my suitcases, right?" and the adult leader who was going on the trip with us (who was randy from american idol for some reason!?) told me that i would have to hurry but that he thought i would make it back in time. so as i was leaving i realized that i had never gotten a passport made! so i told randy and he was like "well, that could be a problem...you could try doing what i always do..." and i was like "ok, what do you always do?" and he was like "well, when they ask you for your passport, just say 'no.'" i asked him if that really worked, and he said "well, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt." i then came to grips with the fact that i wouldnt be able to go on the same flight as the rest of the group so i asked randy if i could take a later flight. he said that it was either now or never. so i decided to go without all my stuff and try to get on the plane without a passport. it didnt end up working out, of course, so i didnt get to go. hopefully this isnt a sign, right....?
anyway, sandy is picking me up to go tanning in a few minutes, so i gotta go get ready for my busy afternoon. bye for now!
