My lappy, the hard drive in it specifically, started making horrible noises. I rushed to fire up my file server to make an emergency backup. And one of *its* drives started making horrible noises. Apparently the boot drive. The lappy is now totally dead. So now I'm down to one functioning (barely) computer.
